HINT #3: Nobody that I know personally does this 7 days a week....MAYBE 1-2 times a month. NO... I don't do this 7 days a week, that is for sure...... MAYBE 1-2 times every couple of months.

more women than men do it..part of it could be done during lunch break, if have planner would already be in planner..hmmm...
talk to a coworker that they don't like - wait, why would that be on someone's planner?!
organize their desk
finish some office task
make groceries list (but not seven days a week!)
clean up after themselves
check their mail/email/mailbox

Uhhh... washes their car/takes it to car wash ..did someone already guess that?
goes to a therapist
reads a book
goes to the post office(yuck!)
checks on their car to make sure they locked it/to make sure it's still there?! 
does something with their computer
does something outside
pulls weeds
picks up litter/garbage
