Yeah Jen! So how long did you sleep?? I'm sleeping 8-9 hours and still feel like crap! My Dr thinks my Epstein-Barr virus is back! Hate that crap!!!!!!!

I'm happy for you! Are you taking time off of work?

When you get mono...you get Epstein Barr. Its like CFS (what Jen has) Its a virus that lives in your throat. It is always there and goes in and out of remision. When you have it you get sick with flu like symptoms and are dreadfully tired. You also get a sore throat as well as body ache...etc!!! I've felt like I've had the flu for a few weeks now. The thing that sucks is there is nothing you can do for it. It's a virus...it just has to run its course.

All I can really do is rest. Thats not easy being a house wife/stay at home mommy!!! LOTS of stuff to do around here!!!

Anyway...there ya have it!!!

Oh, that definitely doesn't sound like fun. That sucks, especially because there is nothing you can take to cure it.

Hi Jen,
I'm glad you're feeling better... or at least more rested. And I hope you can go back to work soon. In the meantime, what day time TV are you watching? It's very important to have a good balance on Soap Operas and Talk Shows. I find a good talk show in the morning is nice, whereas the afternoon is the better time for all the Soap Opera drama. And don't forget some MTV thrown in their... you know... keepin' it real, dawg.
Glad to hear you're getting some zzz's

not that i don't appreciate the other shows of concern, but i think it's astute that you asked about real therapy!

i don't watch the talk shows 'cause have been in bed so late in the mornings. even when i get up early like today, i take a shower and get dressed and end up taking a nap from the exertion of it all.

but i dutifully get my All My Children, One Life to Live and General Hospital in! I never watch them unless i'm home, sick. (i used to tape them when i was younger )

then i take a nap and make sure i get my Charmed rerun in.

i'm not a big one for MTV (i still keep it real, tho, dawg, don't worry!) but i think that's 'cause i didn't have MTV (cable) when i was younger so i never got in the habit of watching it...

thanks for your deep concern! i truly appreciate it!
