OK...I have an eating problem this weekend!!!! I need HELP!!!!

I'm going nuts this weekend!!! I've lost all control!!! I've eaten sooooo crapy!!!! Chocolate cake...a little Friday... A LOT Saturday and some today!!! (it was Lexi's b-day) Thank goodness the cake is almost gone. Then I've been overeating!!!! What is my problem....tonigh I had 5 different girl scout cookies!!!
I'm sooooo going to be payin for this....I don't know what scares me more an attack or gaining weight
I have problems...I know!!! heehee!!! Ok, I'm starting zelnorm tonight! I've had the percription sitting in my cupboard for 6 months now...I think I've worked up the courage to give it a try!!!
So I'm going to try really hard this week to be good!! OH ya know what?...I know my problem...its that time of the month! It must be hitting me hard this time! I usualy have pretty good will power.
I guess I need to make some IBS friendly treats...HUMMMMM maybe Krees otmeal cookies, RKT's....ADB'S and some of Heathers yummy breads!!! OK....then I'll just work out extra hard to keep up with all those calories!!!
Oh better idea....I'll duck tape my mouth shut and handcuff my hands behind my back!!! That will do the trick!!! NO more junk food for me!!!
Ok...sorry I'm going on and on!!!!
I still want to be a looser!!!! I can do this!!!

StephS, You kinda sound like me this weekend. I did terrible, terrible yesterday; eating deep fried sweet and sour chicken and yesterday I was so hungry. I know I ate too much. Today, was a little better but I still did a big no-no. I let myself have some REAL blue cheese dressing. I'm fighting cravings right now for chocolate and sweets. It's my time of the month, too. Do you really think that could be what's causing this? I hadn't thought of that! Well, tomorrow's a new day, and we just start all over! Terri

You know those arrowroot baby biscuits? I was craving sugaaaa something fierce today, and I dove into them. It's all we had in the pantry that has sugaaa in it.
Now I'm feeling so guilty. Worse than that, I'm feeling full of fat and cholesterol and blood pressure and bad stuff.
It's time again for me to go out in the garden and eat worms. Are worms cholesterol?

Ok, I feel better now after reading the posts here. I had a terrible weekend too. I ate pizza, soda, candy, fast food, and popcorn at the movies. I feel so good when I stay on the diet but sometimes I just can't resist the temptation of the things I love to eat. I have no will power at all sometimes. I love junkfood but it does not love me.

Yeah, so I had REAL pizza, half a REAL hamburger and a plate of fries! Not all at once, mind you, but none the less-you might as well have glued it to my thighes!
