I'm obsessed with having dreams and remembering them. Here's a cool Web site for others who are interested: www.dreammoods.com.

Also, has anyone ever heard of lucid dreaming and the practice of it? I recently read a book that instructs you how to have lucid dreams. A lucid dream is where you know you are dreaming, so you can control what you do in the dream. But you are also still sleeping. Think: Vanilla Sky (Loved that movie!!).

I love lucid dreams! I have them every once in awhile by accident. I've never learned how to initiate them, but have read about the ways to help have them - practicing to read things 2x, looking at clocks, asking yourself throughout the day if you're dreaming, etc. Usually when I realize I'm having one I get excited and wake myself up! lol I read somewhere to try spinning in a circle if that starts to happen, and it did work for me once - when I remembered to do it.
