Hi; my sister was kicked out of her groups for undue cause, I think they saiud she was abusung the yahoo agreement. that is a load of ...she doesn't use the groups any differently than I do and I am still here. I was wondering if anyone has any idea how to fix this. She has already written to custonmer care and has so far received no response, other than a useless survey. thanks for any help in this, she misses her groups.

Which aspect did they say she was abusing? It is easy in an internet forum to come across as caustic, mean, or judgemental when you don't mean to. Could her posts have been misinterpreted? It's hard to be able to comment when you don't know both sides.

hI; we don't know exactly why is was that she ws cut off. her posts weren't mean or caustic in any way, shape or form. The best we csn figure out is that WE THINK thast might have been the reason. There has been nothing from Yahoo to the contrary or a reason put foerth as to why they did this?
