I just wanted to say hi to everyone, I'm new to the boards and I find them absolutely wonderful! I'm so glad that I found this site, it's great! I'm just starting to try alot of the suggestions but I'm noticing an improvement already. I'm glad there's other people out there who are open and willing to talk about their problems with IBS, that way we can all help eachother! Cheers! I'm also pretty new and have definitely found the boards very helpful. Not just for the suggestions on how to make things easier, but also for the support. The people on this board are a sympathetic ear, which a lot people with IBS don't get.
