I just got the vanilla and chocolate kinds of 8th Continent light soy milk. They taste so good!! Only 1.5 grams fat too. The regular versions bothered me a bit. But my body seems to be fine with these light versions, and the taste is great!

That's great! I haven't tried 8th Continent, but I like Vitasay Lite more than I ever liked regular milk! Isn't it nice when something we're forced to drink turns out so well?

Kree, I loved your hot cocoa (with soy milk) recipe. I was a bit depressed not having a hot, yummy drink for the cold weather. I found that recipe and it was so delicious, especially after not having any hot cocoa for two or 3 years! (I did take it easy on the sugar, my husband would have a hard time peeling me off the ceiling. LOL! I am senstive to sugar. It was still the best.) Thank you for sharing!

Aunie, you're very welcome! I'm so glad you liked it. I can't imagine not having hot cocoa for 2-3 years!!

I'm glad you found a good soy milk! My mom went to the store yesterday and found some soy ice cream brand called Soy Delicious. She got Mint Marble Fudge, which has awesome chocolate syrup on the top. The best part is (even though I do fine with cocoa) the chocolate is brown rice syrup, not chocolate syrup. I couldn't tell the difference, it tastes just like chocolate syrup to me. It has 3 grams of fat per 1/2 cup so I had a cup full last night. Yummmy dum dum! It tastes just like real ice cream! Anyways, I thought I would share this with you!

btw, it was at a regular grocery store, so it shouldn't require a trip to the health food store, even if it's all organic. I just had a bowl and it reminded me to tell you this lol

Try the Turtle kind (I forget the real name)! It's got caramel and chocolate covered peacons. Very yummy!
