I'm an IBS-C person. In my family line there are 4 people
who demonstrate all the symptoms of IBS. Before I knew I had IBS they called us the "white food eaters" (bland).
My ex-husband is a retired gastroenterologist. When he was practicing he had little help for the IBS patients.

Have had IBS C for years. I follow Heather's diet pretty much all the time. Lately I have been having terrible Nausea is this a normal symptom of IBS? I also suffer from chronic Migraines, Chest pain, Sensitive Bladder, Acid Reflux. My doctor said nausea was not a part of IBS. I'm scheduled for a stress test, endoscopic exam & he wants me to go to the physiatrist to manage my meds taking 40 MG Celexa for headaches. Celexa is possibly not working as well anymore
