I have taken AMP Floracel for ibs in the past....then stopped because I didn't seem to be having too many problems and it is expensive to use daily. recently, about a 2 months ago my ibs returned with a vengeance and I restarted the amp but have read some bad reviews and wonder if anyone has any reliable information about aloe mucilaginous polysaccharides actually helping with ibs-d. I have used the cheat sheet and the eating for ibs book and have been stable for about 2 weeks now but experiencing mild nausea every morning after taking these amp capsules. any comments would be appreciated.

All clinical trials have shown aloe vera neither helps IBS symptoms nor improves quality of life. Here is information on the dangers of using aloe vera and two research articles on the clinical trials
