Ive been doing the IBS diet successfully for a year. I'm really puzzled why I'm having this ongoing relapse with gas, diaherra, stomach discomfort and incrediable hemoriods. The only two things new I've introduced to my diet is goat cheese and cornflakes. My water intake is a bit down too. Suggestions?

Cheese of any kind can be a problem.

Have you checked the FODMAP approach to managing IBS symptoms. It is described in the first two links in my signature. Many of use the FODMAP approach with Heather's diet.

You might get more responses if you ask questions about the diet on the diet board.

Good luck
