I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has undergone a fecal microbial transplant. I am being treated for irritable bowl as a result of a c-diff infection and the medication to treat it. Thank you.
FMT is still a novel procedure and not many patients with C-diff have undergone the treatment. You will likely have to talk to your GI doctor to get update information.

Thanks so much for the welcome and your post. My gastroenterologist has no experience with this procedure, and could not answer any of my questions. I am hoping that posting in a medium like this may enable me to connect with someone who has had direct experience, even if the procedure was not done to address c-diff.
Good luck. It is a very experimental technique. You might find this article in the Canadian Medical Association Journal of interest. It might give you clues as to how to focus your search.
