Hi,
I was diagnosed with IBS-D last year, after having on and off symptoms for a few years after getting a severe stomach bacteria. My G.I doctor recommended that I take the probiotic florastor and I have been for about 6 months. With the florastor I will be good for a couple of months and then get a flare up. I recently ordered heathers tummy fiber after reading the good reviews and have been taking it for about a week. But Im not sure if i should continues taking the florastor? Does anyone know if it's ok to take soluble fiber along with a probiotic?

Welcome to the board,

It is perfectly fine to take a probiotic and soluble fiber supplement together. In fact, they can complement one another.
