So I had my first acupuncture and I loved it!! My guy seems very knowledgeable and was very positive about being able to help my symptoms. I go again next week and plan to stick with him for awhile to give it a good go. Western medicine is a bit stuck for me, and it was such a positive experience going to someone who said they could help me. SO, we'll see. I'll keep you posted! I did get some bruising from it, but it didn't hurt at all!

I'm so happy he has some ideas to help you! Some minor bruising is very normal, especially if he had to use large gauge needles. Mine dr. of Chinese medicine also does cupping and I always look like I've been snuggling with an octopus - lots of not bruises, but petechiae 4" across It's really helpful to ease muscle tension, just don't wear a backless top for a couple days!
Hope your next session brings more relief! Each session builds upon the last
