I have had IBS-C for several years, only recently has it become a real nuisance. I have just been told by my pharmacy tech sister that Aloe Vera juice soothes her chronic intestinal symptoms. Has anyone else had any experience with Aloe Vera juice? Thanks for any input, I appreciate it!
