Looking for a doctor

I live in Ohio and have yet to find a doctor who understands IBS. My condition has worsened of late and I'm frustrated that I'm not getting the kind of relief I should from the measures I've taken. Are there any sites or resources that might help? I already have Help for IBS bookmarked, I use the Tummy fiber and the peppermint tea. I'm more looking for physicians or practitioners of some sort who might offer some personal counsel on this. Thanks!!

You're so close to me! Check out Stoneridge Internal Medicine Division of GI. My doc is Sheryl Pfeil and she is incredible...and incredibly difficult to get in to...but I would suspect her colleagues are just as good. I've had Dr. Azzouz do some of my tests and I like him also.

Greetings guys, I am in Columbus, Ohio as well(OTE AREA). I am looking for some support with weeding through this IBS-C as well as possible other gastric/motility problems. I have a good GI Dr, but my PCP needs to go..not on the same page with me at all. I was referred to my GI from my OBGYN! Any referrals/recommendations would be awesome. Thanks so much

Thank you very much for the reference. My regular doctor just always goes right to the drugs and prescriptions and I'd really like not to become too dependent on that. I'd rather understand all the sensitivities and manage to that.
