Hello and welcome!!

Lots of people have sensitivity to corn syrup, it's very personal. Search the site, there are lots of threads about it.

Questions about food and ingredients are best on the IBS Diet board. The living room is usually non-diet related posts.

Welcome to the board,

Check the newsletters. For example have a look at Sugar and IBS in this newsletter.

Also, for a complete overview on how foods with excess fructose (i.e. more fructoset than glucose) such as high fructose corn syrup contributes to IBS and other functional GI disorder symptoms read the first two articles linked to in my signature.

Questions about foods get quicker responses when posted on the diet board.

Ask lots of questions

I think high fructose corn syrup can be a trigger even if you don't have fructose sensitivity (ex do fine with honey, apples, etc.).
