I sent a message about ice tea, could I make ice tea with the fennel and the peppermint tea? Did I post in the wrong place? This whole thing is confusing to me Any help out there?

Questions about food are best asked on the "IBS Diet" board. The living room is for non-diet questions. Also, it might take a day or so before you get a response to some questions.

You can make ice tea out of any safe herbal tea although you may not find they all taste good cold

I make ice tea out of any hot tea. No difference, just temperature. I haven't found one yet that I didn't like.

I have also combined teas to get a unique taste! Especially nice and refreshing on a summer evening.

Thanks for answering. Being a Southern girl I love ice tea and have been known to drink a gallon a day, but the product is working so well that I didn't want to mess it up.
