So yesterday I got in a car accident. It wasn't bad at all--very minor damage to my car, no injuries, etc... I was very lucky. I hit a patch of ice, spun 360, and a car hit my passenger side. So that was my morning yesterday. Once I got home, I tried to breath again (felt like I held my breath for hours!), calm down, and rest. This morning I wake up with a belly ache. OF COURSE. Over the past few years, i've been diagnosed with new stomach stuff (colitis, gastroparesis, etc..), so i was hopeful I *didn't* have IBS.... well, I think I showed myself that I still do. Stress got to me. So, I'm on the couch, cramping, pain, general blechiness... Thought I'd stop by and see my IBS friends. I hope you're all doing well and had a great holiday season. I'm very thankful to be lucky enough to have a belly ache after my scary day yesterday--lucky to be here typing this, lucky enough to complain, ya know? Thanks for reading;)

By the way, I might be only 14, but. Ionia a LOT about cars. So you don't have another little incident like that again, I'd recommend you change your car's tires to Bridgestone "Blizzacks". They're probably the best tire for any snow-related situation. Look it up on the Internet and see where you can get 'em changed. Hopefully, there will be no more stress in the road for you!
