If I remember correctly she has a recipe in there for a baked ziti. I remember making it and it was fabulous. However because it's just GF she includes cheese and things of that nature that are not IBS friendly. Maybe if you can't tolerate cheeses like I can't you could use a soy or vegan cheese with it.
