Hi all.
I had an endoscope today. Just checking to rule out Celiac and other stuff. Doc said he saw no evidence of Celiac but that in my blood work, my C-Reactive Protein was high (twice what it should be). I guess that signals inflammation. So, now he wants to do a colonoscopy to check for IBD, Colitis, etc. But I really don't have any of those symptoms. No bloody stools, etc.

I looked up the C-Reactive protein and nothing good is a result of having that elevated. Anyone have any experience with this? I'm a little nervous about this.

Thanks.
