I highly recommend it. My first post was in April 2004 and reading it again makes me realize how far I have come with the help of Heather's books, the EFI diet, this site and the wonderful people on the boards. Life is a gift and being able to experience life is a very special gift indeed. Nelly was the first to respond. Second post, Sand was there. Glad both of them are still on here to help out. Caused me physical stress reading those posts...just remembering all the pain.
