1) How can I post a picture/image?
-When I type the code below, it just has a text link, not a picture.
2) Why can't I PM?
-Is this disabled for everybody?

PM is disabled for everyone.
As for pictures, that one always frustrates me, too, but I'm sure someone else can fill you in.

The way I learned to do it was to start an account on Photobucket. Free and easy. You upload your pictures there, and then each picture has a URL that you can copy into your post here, using the URL code below.
