I have been diagnosed with Gastritis. The pain in my stomach never leaves. I've tired Acacia in the past and it leaves me very gassy. Now, it is Maalox, Pepto B, Gas X, Prelief, Nexium, Zantac 75, Pepcid AC...NONE OF IT RELIEVES THE ROVING GAS I HAVE. I have switched to a veggie diet, but no relief from that either. HELP....

I find that Gas X or Mylanta liquid works well when it's mild. When it get really bad, to the point where I'm have abdominal spasms, I take an anti-spasmatic and it helps instantly! Feel better!

FYI- green veggies reak havic on my gastritis as well as, heavy cream sauces and too much cheese. If I steer clear from them, I'm usually fine! If you have problems with green vegges as well and you want to get some greens in try some cream spinach or V-8 instead.
