Ok, who is with me? I need AT LEAST another 5 hours in each day to get everything done!! Who wants to change our hours from 24 up to 30?? haha! If only!
I'm starting my own business and I love it, but boy oh boy is it busy! I just feel so overwhelmed--it's like I'm waiting for my IBS to kick in and knock me out.
Thought I'd take a break and say hi to my friens here. I miss the support of these boards, so I just had to stop in.
So who's with me? Who votes for 30 hour days?!

I'll have to vote NO! Aly. Sorry, but I can barely manage to get through the 24 now, making it longer would exhaust me further.

Good luck with the new business. Remember to take a few minutes each day for you!!

Hi! Yep, I teach music. I opened my own studio to teach childrens' music classes. I start the kids at 6 months in mom&me type classes and teach up to 5 year olds! I also offer some drama classes. It's going well and I love it, but I just need a few more hours to sleep!
What's your business? Do you still teach music?

...on starting your own business. What are you doing? As for me, 24 hours is plenty to get through already!

Aly, if we give you 30 then you will want 35, then 40 and on and on. Sorry, this just can't be.

aww, I know you're in a rough spot. I certainly don't want you to have to deal with more hours of pain!
After all that I wrote, I apparently wore myself out and now have the flu. Aches, fever, congestion, etc... BUT! I keep reminding myself that I *do not* have a belly ache. So, there's the silver lining.
Ok, back to cold meds and sleeping...
XOXO to you all!

if I can spend them sewing, cooking and seeing friends. Absolutely nothing in the way of work allowed.

Aly - that's so cool you've started your own business. I have secret little fantasies about running a cafe. In my head I would spend my time wearing fabulous looking aprons, and wearing cute flat shoes. I suspect this is a very rosy version of having a coffee shop and being able to wear a fabulous apron for work is not a good reason to quit my 9 to 5 existence.
