The same holds true for nutritionists and hospital diatitions. Shame on them! Yes, I am being hard on them! Even so, there has been a significant amount of info out for a long time, and they need to keep on top of things... their duty! I'm so very glad I found Heather's products and this website. Absent this, I proabably would have been dead from malnutrition like some other people I have known in my lifetime!
