potatoes?

ok so I need to eat very plain and bland because I really upset my sytem..I seem to have this habit of purposly sabotaging myself? anyway...are plain mashed potatoes mostly SF?

Don't add milk or butter when mashing them.The best way is to cook th esnot out of them and then they kinda go mushy for you.
Yes SF and the skin is IF

With potatoes, when I'm mashing them, I add vanilla soy milk, a little Country Crock butter spread (comes in tan colored container), and a lot of garlic salt. My kids love it. Little does anybody know that I add soy milk. I keep that part hidden. :- )

You are so right about that. I don't know how many times at family get-togthers/holidays or dinners, I have used substitutions, and no one knows. I also have added chives, garlic and other goodies, and everyone loves them. Potatoes are one of those foods that you can do alot with and no one will be the wiser.
