I also use Pampered Chef Stoneware and I spray it with Pam. You can also substitute for oil in recipes with applesauce or mashed banana in the same amount 1cup=1cup. I have had some success with this especially in cakes.

ok,but I don't want to go buy a new pan cuz I am almost in the negative dollars..what if I used a heart shape cake pan,would it make 1 large cookie or would it just burn? I have 2 heart cake pans..

I never made a big cookie before but I don't see why you can't do it that way. You may have to adjust your cooking time. Just keep checking it. Use a toothpick and see how done it is in the middle. I spray my pans like that with Pam.
