 Not even-there is so much acid in that my stomach and everything would just blow up!
And lately,with this heat-I cannot seem to eat anything.
My hub is threatening to take me to hospital! Don't care-been living off applesauce and ricecake for a week now.I am always tired anyway.Who cares!?!

I see you have ibs-d and have been stable lately, what have you been taking or doing that is helping you stay stable?

It seems that my stress has eased off and I have been able to go to the beach alot.(1 1/2 hour drive)Was actually able to go OUT and have fun.Agoraphobia not all it's cracked up to be.Been just eating alot of fish,carrots and applesauce.Not putting on any weight-Dr. still thinks I don't weigh enough yet,but can only handle very small amounts of food now.That works for me!!!FINALLY!!!
