Search user profiles?

How would I search for the profile of someone whose User Name piques my interest? I don't remember where I saw it on the Message Boards....

The only way I know you can view a profile is to find their name on a post and click on it. If you can remember what the post was about then you can search for that post and see if brings up that person by using the search button at the top of the page.
