Nacrolepsy??!? In my head???? Took wrong med before egg and salami sandwich that I had for lunch?!
I fell asleep writing my 2 last posts and went right into the dream phase. Please re-affirm this is normal when not having a good night's sleep!!!!!?!
AAAAAIGH! Just did it again! Good thing light snoring wakes me up
AND AGAIN! OK, going to bed.

Doubt it's narcolepsy, you'd be going into "dazes" throughout all hours...
You've been through a lot and your body is trying to cope. I don't sleep well - a good night is 4 - 5 hours. BUT - even if it is just for 30 minutes, I go directly into dream/REM phase. That just makes it more tiring.
Try to nap some during the day - give your body a chance to heal....
