I do dresses too, I have a variety, but I like the put together look and options of 2 piece outfits and also the ease of mix and match when travelling..

There's a website called shapings.com which sales non silicone pairs of hold ups. they might be more comfortable.

Here's my contribution to the search to look smart and allow for bloating.

http://bananarepublic.gap.com/browse/division.do?cid=5002&mlink=5001,1138904,8&clink=1138904 I don't know if they will stretch enough but they do look ever so smart. if the draw string was internal I'd remove it cut it in two and then sew in 5 inches or so of elastic in between the two pieces. It just gives the waist a little more stretch.

For those in the UK the next website has a few pairs of smart looking draw string trousers.

I'm also craving this house pant pattern from Betsy Ross. http://betsyrosspatterns.com/patterns.html. Isn't the print great! I'm in love with the pockets - I've not seen that before on a pajama pant. http://betsyrosspatterns.com/patterns.html.

I'm also going to be making a straight legged draw string pant in a muted co lour for my nine hour plane trip back to Scotland.
