Hi Lynn,

I didn't want to hijack the baby picture thread (so I'm replying here).

I've been away from the boards for a few weeks... I'd been doing well with my D issues and almost felt guilty about coming here then.

I've been back to work and for three weeks have felt GREAT (still get the runs when I come home and eat BUT that lasts only for an hour and then I'm OK again - I can live with that). I wasn't fearing going out and being away from the john.

All of a sudden, last week, I ate a trigger food - hotdogs for me, and the floodgates opened (somewhat literally) and I'm back to square one.

Sorry to bore you with the details, but hey, you asked.

How 'bout you? How have you done with the CDs?? I didn't see you for awhile (but understand WHY you weren't posting). I hope all is well.

Hey ya Runs,

Never, ever, ever eat a hot dog. Even at a Yankees game, or are you a Mets fan? Speaking of which, my O's beat the pants off the Yanks today. Tee Hee Hee!!! Maybe they won't have such a sucky season this year.

No, seriously, hot dogs are made from CRAP. When I used to eat meat, I luved a good hot dog smothered with mustard and onions. Couldn't get any better than that!

Don't you eat at work? You say you come home and eat. You can't eat at work because of the D?

I was doing really well and then I tried some of that Activia yogurt. Bad mistake. I was on the way to take my grandson to the mall, and I had to squeal wheels to get to the closet bathroom. All he said was,"eeaawwwww"!!

The cds have pretty much nipped my problems in the bud, because mine is mostly or all stress/anxiety related, but for some reason that Activia DID NOT work for me.

I am glad you are doing well and just wanted to check in to see if you were OK.

Later
