This has been the hardest week ever!!! But I'm almost at the end. After 12 weeks at home, it's back to the workforce for me. On Monday, she was home with Daddy, so that helped me ease into things. I still cried about 4 times that day. Tuesday was her first day at daycare, so I cried all over again... Then yesterday was easier. She's doing REALLY well, taking her bottles and still sleeping thru the night, so that's good. I can't wait for my day off tomorrow, so I can spend the whole day with her!!! I can tell I'm stressed because my IBS has been acting up a little bit this week. Just lots of bloating and some gas. Hopefully that will go away once I get settled in my new routine.

I miss my little girl and just want to go home!!! Thanks for reading

Everyone with a kid knows just how you feel especially the moms I'm sure - its so hard to go back. I was lucky enough to get as much parental leave as my wife, and it was heartbreaking to go back to work. Not much else to say I guess, except I wish we all had a year leave to be home with our babies as they do in some countries.

I'm sorry. I went through the same thing with all three of my babies. It's really tough. You'll get through it. Once you get used to the fact that your baby is being well taken care of, and some of the hormones subside, it'll get better. It does take while though. Hugs to you!
