I'm back after a hospital (but not for ibs) stay

 I just wanted to say hello to everyone. It's been quite awhile. I recently had a brief hospital stay after a bizarre episode at work - I became numb and slurred my speech for about 10 minutes. There are several RNs where I work, so they told someone to call 911. So far, the only diagnosis has been TIAs or a mini stroke, but I still have more tests. In any case, it wasn't IBS that sent me to the hospital. By the way, the hospital did have pretty good food and I was able to choose from a menu. Except one day they gave me broccoli. Sorry, never been able to eat it. I was put on a 1,800 calorie diet, so I'm checking out recipes from the IBS books and the recipes online here. I feel ok, just don't know what happened. So hello again and hope to post more often.
