Hi! I LOVE ramen noodles, but I think they are too high in fat to be considered safe for this diet. For the chicken top ramen, the fat percentage runs about 36%, and we should stick to 25%
Do you follow the package recommendations and only eat 1/2? 'Cause I sure don't, so it's 14-16 grams of fat per serving To answer the second part of your question, sometimes they bother me and sometimes they don't seem to. But I'm not stable, so really I should avoid it until I have been stable for a while and then test to see how I do.
If you want, try re-posting this message on the diet board . You'll probably get more responses there where everyone is thinking about diet

The Thai Kitchen or whatever brand that is has one that isn't fried but they are all full of artificial additives and MSG derivatives.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

They're deep fried unless they say otherwise. Not good! You can sometimes find non-fried ones at an asian market.
