DH and I are going to hang out at home and watch movies.
Anyone else doing anything exciting?

Oooh I would like to stay at home! DH and I are tentatively planning on going to someone's house to watch the Peach Bowl (they live like 45 minutes away). Then watch fireworks in their neighborhood. I'm so pooped I'd like to just stay home.

Me. I'm working.
I get out at 2:30 a.m., so I'll go home and help celebrate my cat's 18th birthday.
Oh, wait.... you said "exciting".
Never mind.

Well we are suppose to go out, but our first babysitter cancelled on us. I am waiting to hear from the other one today. We haven't gone out in 2 years and we plan on going to dinner and a casino in Detroit. But we might also stay more local it just depends. I am actually looking forward to going out since it has been a few years! If the sitter doesn't come through then we will probably watch movies!

sit at home and go to work, lol. The best part will be seeing my bf at work and a certain couple of ppl who have a bunch of drama and fights and drag everyone down all the time are off work tommorow!
It was terrible yesterday,my stomache hurt and I had pms pretty bad..so I stayed silent and started at the clock all night.. My new year's eve isn't looking too bad, mcdonalds closes early and there's a chance I will leave before 11pm becaue if there's enough people to get most the dishes and cleaning done before 9(closes at 9) that would be awsome.

For the first time in three years, my fiance and I are spending New Year's together. He usually goes to Deer Camp and I have to stay and work New Year's eve and the 2nd so I usually can't go. But he's staying home just for me this year! Aw.... he's the greatest BF/Fiance in the world!! I wish everyone here could meet him and/or have a spouse that is as kind, giving, helpful, romantic, funny, etc. as he is. And that's not sarcasm.

Ditto Janey!! So far I've watched The Mummy 3 and Indian Jones and the Crystal Skull. Seems like a serial movie night for me and the DH!!!
Happy New Year to all!

We watched two Humphrey Bogart movies and then Kung Foo Panda. I fell asleep on the sofa during Panda and luckily woke up at 11:35. We then watched the ball drop in Times Square.
It was so cold here last night I was glad we stayed home.
I hope everyone has a wonderful 2009.
