Anyone have issues regulating body temperature.
When I'm tired, I'm always very cold (even if I have sweats on and its 76-78F).
When I'm having an attack and after an attack OR feeling other symptoms of IBS (nausea, edgy) I feel very hot and need lots of cold fresh air (I could be in a t-shirt in 60F).
I also find when I exercise I don't sweat anymore.
I used to be an athlete (competitive swimmer through college), after I retired from swimming I stopped exercising. A few years later my IBS started and I stopped sweating.

I definitely find that I get very hot during an attack. I usually put a cold damp washcloth around my neck to help me cool down. I still sweat though, I don't exercise.

I get really hot during an attack and really cold after.I can stand by the wood stove and still shiver.
I think alot of people with IBS have these reactions.
I also get really hot with a panic attack and sometimes have to open the fridge and stand in front of it.
