Hey Angela E!
Have you tried increasing your IF? What about eating some ezekiel bread? I eat 2 slices every morning for breakfast, and I am like CLOCKWORK now. I go about 30min after I finish breakfast. It's wonderful! I even stopped my fiber supplements 'cuz I just don't need them anymore.

Oh yes I have increased my fiber. Even taking Miralax. After a nonprodictive weekend, I finally had a BM this morning. Not great but better. It would have been a week tomorrow with nothing. I have NEVER had that at all. I have never heard of ezekiel bread? Where do you find it? I just bought some Fiber One cereal that is pretty good. It has 12 grams of fiber in one cup. I am home today with my little boy so that helped me to go as well. No pressure from work!

Angela,

Saw an ad add this morning and it said something about c as a side effect. And it reminded me that a few years ago I took celexa. I thought it was great for about the first 2 months or so (helped w/ anxiety and c). Then the bad side effects started kicking in...including worse c! Anyway, it made me think of you. Maybe the a/d is part of the problem? Just a thought. It took 2-3 months on mine for the bad stuff to start. So I weaned off it then. I did like that it helped my anxiety, but not at the expense of worse tummy problems. No thanks :P Mabye you can see if a lower dose makes a difference?

Mary- Thanks I will keep that in mind. I am doing a bit better. I actually had a good BM today. But I have been taking the Miralax every day. I am actually on the lowest dose of the Wellbutrin. The more I think about it I really don't think it is helping my anxiety that much. I feel much more emotional on this. I am going to give it another week and see how things go. Thanks for the support!
