I'm finally feeling GOOD! Like a human being!!! What amazing feeling to spend the day not feeling sick!! For me, the nausea started at 5.5 weeks and lasted right until the end of my 14th week. Even the migraines are subsiding finally. I have an occasional headache still, but at least now I can take Aleve! Yay, real drugs!

I'm also finally starting to LOOK pregnant. I've only gained 4 lbs, but I definitely have a little belly these days! I think it's just because I was so thin to begin with, there wasn't anywhere for it to "hide"! I bought a belly band over the weekend, and it is SO comfortable. It's nice to not have to rush out and buy all new pants. Hopefully I won't have to at all, at least not dress pants, but we'll see. Depends on where the pounds go, I guess!

Anyway, just wanted to let you know that the crappy 1st trimester ended, and I'm feeling GREAT! Still waiting for my libido to kick in, though....! I'll post a belly pic here once I figure out how to do it

Glad to hear you're feeling better. Enjoy the 2T. It's the best part of pregnancy. I had 2 bella bands...really helped with my wardrobe. But trust me, you WILL need maternity pants. It's hard to imagine at this point, but you will get much bigger...and not just in your belly. I'm a very small person too. And it took quite a while for me to even look pg. But it will happen. I ended up gaining 40 lbs!! I've already lost all but 5 of them now...without even trying. Anyway, good luck with the rest of your pg. I'd love to see a belly pic.

Congrats on getting to your 2nd Trimester!!

Whew! Both my 1st Trimesters were tough. LOTS of nausea, and NO appetite. I definitely made up for it in the 2nd and 3rd Trimester, though. I gained 30lbs with each of my pregnancies. You are really gonna love the rest of this wonderful journey. Next amazing stop...feeling that little one kick you from the inside. That was COOL!!

I will add that to my "to do" list for this weekend. I can't believe the "bump" I already have at 16 weeks!!! DH informed me this weekend that my belly seems to be growing daily....!

Isn't it amazing!! When I was pregnant with the twins, at 8 weeks I had to go to the belly band and by 11 weeks, I needed maternity pants even though I had only gained about 6 pounds at that point! I am sure I would have been the size of a house had my body been able to carry my little angel girls.

Awwww. I really miss those days sometimes! Enjoy every moment with that precious bump!! 'Cuz soon it will become a screaming, up-all-night making your nipples bleed, crapping, peeing, baby...and you will be saying "put it back in!!" Just kiddin' (kind-of)

Send us a picture!! I know everybody is dying to see you!

Oh gosh, don't tell me that!!!

Seriously, I'm SO glad that I'm feeling so good these days because I really AM enjoying every minute of being pregnant! I constantly touch and hold my bump, and DH will ask why I do that so much. Well, because it's THERE!!

If I can get on the computer tonight at home, I will post a pic!
