Would it very wrong of me to offer to sell my CDs to someone at a discounted price? I was just not able to follow the program and would like someone to have them.

I do not think there is anything inherently wrong with sharing such a helpful resource, though I do strongly recommend you give the program another try. It was difficult for me to make it a regular routine because I have a strange and spontaneous schedule, but it certainly did relax me and alleviate some symptoms !
