Thank you Heather for giving me my life back!! finally sometime of normalcy.. I have been quite distant lately because my work sucks.. I am been interviewing ect.. But I went for my Physical last week and Doc said I look like a new person. I truely believe my overweight stomach was all imflamation. But who knows.. I still have more to go but I look and feel a lot better. And my cholestrol is way down from last year..so all smiles here
Now if I could just get preggo that would be wonderful!! It just seems to be the hardest thing ever.
How is everyone here?? Shell you look amazing GF!!
Oh and also,,I hve been loving ground flaxseed as a SFS. Its great with oatmeal,eggwhites and sprinkle on cooked IS veggies. Check it out..

Great to hear from you! I've been a bit scarce around here the last couple of weeks myself. Good luck getting pregnant, we're going to start in a couple of months. I'm off birth control pills and am taking prenatal vitamins. I've been charting on Fertility Friend and it doesn't look like I ovulated this month, which is a little concerning but it's my first month off the BCPs and I've heard anything is possible in those first few months. How long have you been trying?

IBS-A since age 12, and fructose sensitive; with the exception of my pregnancy, have been following Heather's diet since Nov. 19, 2007.
Taking 12g of Acacia per day. Relatively stable since March 2008!

Do you use another SFS along with the flax? How much flax do you use...and what kind/brand?
Glad the diet worked for you. Good luck on your job search. I'm on one too. It's hard and time consuming while you are still trying to work FT.
