Well, we were nearly half way there and my tummy felt weird. Since this was a fishing trip I didn't want to go and then have to come home if the fish were biting, so we turned around and myself and my dog stayed at home. I felt so bad. Like I let my family and even my little dog down. I just felt like complete and utter crap. A lady my mother knows said she knows that there are people with IBS who have taken the Reliv powder and it cured them. I said I have taken it before and it did nothing for me. Well she says that you need to take one scoop of the NOW and one of the Innergize and build up slowly to taking one scoop of the Fibrestore. I don't know if it will work but at this point in time it'd be nice to give it a shot. I just really feel like crap because there are things I want to do and the brain/gut thing just doesn't give me a break it seems. I will do my best to take the Reliv stuff and I will post about my progress or lack thereof. I just want to be able to go places and not need a damn loo! I say this with prejudice and frustration at the well-meaning simpletons around me who would experiment on me and my stomach. Back the hell off, I say to them. In my mind. {{{HUGS}}} Don't feel bad you didn't go fishing. The thought (and memory) of having an attack in the outdoors curdles my blood. Dogs have a short memory. Bribe him with treats and he will forgive you. Half of me says forget the junky remedies, and the other half says try anything once.
