Are there any herbal teas that I are harmful to IBS sufferers?

The ones that have caffeine in them can trigger attacks in some people.

All HERBAL teas are supposed to be naturally caffeine free, so they should all be fine.

Stay away from green and black teas - even the decaf ones. Black tea especially contains enzymes that can be upsetting to IBS tummies.
