thanks caitlin....yes, at least I had the weekend to recouperate. But I feel it wasn't very fair to my husband for me to be sick the whole weekend.

I mentioned to some of my co-workers that I had the flu or something over the weekend, and some of them said they did, too. So I could have had a "bug" on top of my IBS-D. I'm doing a bit better today, but thinking about going home pretty soon to take it easy and continue to get my body somewhat back to normal. I always feel guilty when I do that, though. But, I'm craving some time off.

Ugh. A bug on top of the IBS is the worst! I had a bug the week after Thanksgiving. I felt like death for a couple of days. Yuck.

Thanks Snorkie. I had a bug after Thanksgiving, too. If I'm going to be sick, I'd much rather have a cold than stomach flu on top of IBS-D. Because you never know if it's a bad attack with IBS or a bug. So frustrating!
