Thanks everyone for the well wishes....(I'm getting to the age where I better start backing up in age or forget them all together.)
Shell, I want that CAKE!! Looks better than the flourless chocolate one I bought from Trader Joe's last week.
Yeah right...like your cake in the pic is IBS safe....Looks like about 1,000 g. of fat to me! If I want a chocolate fix I'll make Heather's "pecan fallen soufflé cake" from the book..........yummmm---oh. Remember how it was the first thing to go at the 2nd Fall Sprawl?
Haven't been around in something like over a year now, so don't know many of the new kids here on the block. My IBS doing ok as long as I don't cheat. Don't anyone try any of those low carb diets out there, (I have) your IBS will come roaring back, big time. Stick with the tried and true...this diet!!
