It like I'm afraid to eat now. I bought a steamer last year to cook with. It helps some but there still produces grease which gets me. I just don't know what I can eat anymore without getting sick. It like a I'll eat and then it's a waiting game to see what happens. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do. I've bought some probiotics with acidophilus pills. are thos good to take on a daily basis? I need some help I'm almost to the point where I'm afraid to eat anything now a days. Even cooking with a steamer.

I'm very new to this whole thing but my doctor just started me on digestive enzymes and they have helped me a lot. I usually have to open the capsule and pour the powder on my food, the plastic gives me a tummyache. But the enzymes themselves are great!

Hey there...

Yes you can take acidophilus pills every day.

I would start with a very very plain diet and eat really small portions until you start to get a little more stable.

Just start basic and slowly introduce different things into your diet.

Are you taking any kind of fiber supplement? They definitely help a lot so if you're not taking one then it's a good idea - acacia has been a god send for me!!

Good luck and hang in there!!
