Another day another IBS attack

On Monday we had a car accident, on Saturday I learned that a former co-worker died this week. He was quite young and I'm really shocked. I guess that was enough to give me even more IBS attacks. Its been a rough week. Today I'm running for the bathroom with d. Nothing like a high anxiety week to do me in. (Tomorrow is back to work after a long, though not very restful, vacation). So that has to affect things too. Bleah. I'm hoping I find some kind of balance soon - life and my stomach have been so unpredictable this week.
