IBS Support Group Meeting January 26th 6:45pm - 7:45pm
Hello everyone,
The next IBS support group meeting for the Sacramento area will be on Saturday, January 26th from 6:45pm to 7:45pm at the Fair Oaks Library in Fair Oaks, CA at the corner of Fair Oaks Blvd and Madison (11601 Fair Oaks Blvd, Fair Oaks, Ca 95628).
In order to maintain use privileges of the library's community room, at least 10 people must attend each meeting. Please let others know about our group.
Anyone with IBS, Crohn's, Colitis or other tummy troubles is welcome to attend.
Family and friends are welcome.
Please respond to me at hohoyumyum at hotmail dot com to let me know if you will be attending. If you will be attending, I'd love for you to post a reply here to let people know that there will be others at the meeting.
I'd like to introduce some activities to the group. Perhaps dedicate certain nights to Massage Therapy, Reiki, cooking, etc. If you have any ideas, please let me know.
