Hello. Does anyone know if you should take the Acacia Tummy Fiber if you are already taking AlignGI (probiotic)??

They are 2 different types of products as one is a fiber supplement and one is a probiotic. I use both types of products. I personally think Align is overpriced compared to other probiotic products. This is the one I'm using -

Trader Joes has acidophilus capsules in a jar of 100 for $5.99 which is super cheap. I may try those but I've had good luck with the above in preventing yeast infections so I'm not sure if I want to risk changing.

Thank you for the advice! Align IS very pricey. I got my first month free from the doctor and was shocked when I ordered the next month on line.
So, let me make sure I have this straight...you take the "Acacia tummy fiber" AND the Kyo-Dophilus every day and this helps you? My IBS has been quite severe lately (I have the opposite of consitpation)but I have noticed a difference with the Align. I thought that I read the Acacia was a "prebiotic". Anyway, thanks again for your advice.

I have been using Fibercon as my soluble fiber supplement. I take this along with the Kyo-Dophilus. It is helping. I actually just placed my 1st order for Heather's Tummy Fiber as I want to try that too.
