Is acadia, acacia or something different?
Not sure if it's the same stuff but I'd go ahead and give it a try. I don't take acacia. I use Benefiber (the old stuff-I stocked up). I think that if you take a prenatal vitamin along with some natural stool softeners like Colace, you should be fine. Definitely better that you try the pills out now before you're actually preggo because no one wants to be constipated while pregnant...at least not more than you'd normally be!!

I hear ya Flipada. Thanks for the feedback I am going to pick up a selection from the OB office today. Oh yeah merry xmas for me prenatal samples. Nice present huh? LOL
